On September 30, 2024, in this beautiful season of cool autumn breeze, Hebei Haoshuo Chemical Co., Ltd. ushered in its grand anniversary celebration. To celebrate this important moment, the company carefully planned a team-building activity - a visit to Xibaipo, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China, in order to enhance team cohesion, enhance employees' sense of belonging, and jointly review the brilliant achievements of the past year and look forward to a bright future.

Company Introduction

Hebei Haoshuo Chemical Co.,Ltd is a large-scale professional manufacturer of fine chemical cellulose ether-hpmc. The plant is located in the provincial clean chemical park of Xinji County,Shijiazhuang City,with the complete environmental protection procedures,is the key cultivation enterprise of Xinji County. The hpmc factory covers an area of 200,000 square meters,fixed asset of 200 millions yuan, 500 employees and 56 senior technicians. Our factory adopts advanced production technology and equipment from abroad,with a product quality rate of 100%,daily output can be up to 200 tons at now.

Team Building Activities

This team-building activity officially kicked off on September 27, 2024, and lasted for two days.

In the early morning of September 27, when the first ray of sunshine shone on Shijiazhuang, Hebei, the employees embarked on the journey to Xibaipo with great expectations.

As the bus slowly started, the hustle and bustle of the city gradually faded away, replaced by the beautiful scenery outside the window and the expectations in our hearts.

The first place Haoshuo Chemical came to was the former site of the CPC Central Committee in Xibaipo. Here, we witnessed the glorious history written by the proletarian revolutionaries of the Communist Party of China for the birth of New China. It also made us cherish today's hard-won happy life and realize the importance of the red sentiment of the team.

Feel the teamwork from the game

In order to establish a closer teamwork relationship, we launched a series of well-designed ice-breaking games and team building activities, including hula hoop leverage, pearl travel thousands of miles, N people N feet, etc.

Every link is full of laughter and joy. Through these activities, the hearts of Haoshuo employees are more closely connected, and they work together to build dreams for the future development of the company.

Share happiness from camping

In order to relax everyone, enhance the friendship between colleagues, improve team cohesion, and strengthen corporate culture construction, the company also held a camping event.

Delicious roasted whole lamb, all kinds of food, on the lawn, under the blue sky, fruits, barbecue, drinks, we sing and dance, we drink and talk, we are in harmony.
